TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR ROLLETTA CASINO

1. DEFINITIONS

   In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

   • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions;

   • "Client" or "User" means any individual who uses the services of the Casino;

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

   The User must be at least 19 years old (or such other age as may be required by law) to use the Casino's services.

4. USE OF SERVICES

   The Client agrees to use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. The User acknowledges that gambling can be addictive and agrees to gamble responsibly.

5. CLIENT ACCOUNTS

   • Each Client is allowed to open only one Player Account with the Casino;
   • The Client must provide accurate and complete information when registering a Player Account;

6. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

   • The Client may deposit funds into their Player Account using approved methods;
   • The Client may withdraw funds from their Player Account using approved methods, subject to any applicable minimum or maximum withdrawal limits.

7. GAME RULES

   The Casino's Games are governed by specific rules and regulations. The User acknowledges that they have read and understood these rules before participating in a Game.

8. PAYOUT TERMS

   • Winnings will be paid out promptly after winning;
   • The Casino reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings if it suspects that the Client has breached these Terms and Conditions.

9. PROVABLY FAIR SYSTEMS

   The Casino uses provably fair systems for certain Games. The User acknowledges that they have read and understood how these systems work before participating in a Game.

10. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

    • The Casino encourages responsible gaming practices;
    • The Client agrees to gamble responsibly and not use the Services as a means of escaping financial difficulties or other problems.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

    The Casino shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses incurred by the Client in connection with their use of the Services, except where such liability arises from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Casino.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Casino reserves the right to modify, update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. SEVERABILITY

    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with applicable laws, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Casino regarding their use of the Services.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    By using the Casino's services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
